Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once the package is on its way.

Wrong address

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
